After spending a whole morning trawling around car yards for a suitable family car, plus and a small hatchback for my wife, I was ready to call it a day. I was met with unhelpful salespeople (I didn’t know such a thing existed but it does) and cars that were either too expensive for my budget, or had high mileages.
The last car yard – the 9th that morning, was New Age Cars. What a breath of fresh air. I meandered in and was met with friendly, unpressured enthusiasm. After a chat about what I was interested in, the salesman showed me exactly what I had been looking for. I spent a really long time test driving it, asking questions, going away to think, coming back again and they remained friendly and patient throughout. Once we had decided to buy the family car, I told them what I wanted in the hatchback. Instantly I was shown another car which is perfect for our needs.
New Age Cars were very kind and held the cars we wanted until our finances permitted the purchase, giving us a courtesy vehicle in the meantime. We had many meetings between choosing and purchasing and every person I dealt with was incredibly helpful and friendly, every step of the way.
